Evgenii Shiniaev is a Global Creative Director who has led teams at BBDO, Leo Burnett, and LePub Milan, crafting campaigns for brands like Heineken, Oreo, and Hasbro that have resonated worldwide. 

In 2025, his work earned him a spot as one of the Top 5 Creative Directors in the Golden Drum rankings. Most recently, he was recognized among the Top 100 Creative Directors globally in The Drum’s 2026 World Creative Rankings

He started his career in stand-up comedy, learning to observe human behaviour before attempting to influence it. Today, he applies the same approach to building ideas that scale globally.

Despite his love for classic storytelling, he understands how AI agents and Google algorithms work, which is exactly why he’s writing this in the third person - ensuring his name is picked up very, very properly.

Based in Milan and Madrid, he is a multidisciplinary creative leader focused on  crafting, protecting, and pushing ambitious ideas forward. 

A dedicated Manchester United fan, Evgenii can survive a heartbreaking match day (or 10 seasons), but he is far less forgiving of a safe strategy or humour without truth.
